Hello everyone! After a week of being away with school, I'm back to blog for you! Spring is almost here but after a very sunny day here in Belgium, I couldn't wait to start writing about it. On Instagram, there is a tag going around called 'The Spring Tag'. You're supposed to pick your top 5 favorite nail colors for the upcoming season. I decided to talk a bit more about each color here.

It has been 25 days since my last blogpost. 25! God, I've missed you guys! How is everyone doing? I've been studying like crazy the last couple of weeks. I had exams this week and I made a pact with my friends: start studying at 8AM, stop at 9PM. It has been hard and boring at times, but it was all worth it: my exams went quite well! Now, FINALLY time to blog again! Let's talk about something very fun today: nail polish!
Earlier today, I went to a store called 'Action', where you can buy all sorts of things for a very cheap price. From cleaning goods, school stuff, food and (the best part, ofcourse): beauty stuff! I went through the boxes of nail polish on the bottom shelves. I wasn't that impressed at first, because they mostly had Sally Hanssen glitter polishes. Suddenly, I saw a Revlon Colorstay nail polish in my hand. My jaw dropped. You can't find these ANYWHERE here in Belgium, and suddenly they were here at Action? I looked further (I literally sat on my knees in the store and looked trough all the boxes) and found another bunch of them. In total, I got 6 colors. But the best part is: these were €0,99 a piece.

Fall is probably my favorite season on the year: I love the colors, the falling leaves, the cozy feeling of coming home after a chilly day and of course fall nail polishes! Today, I wanted to share my nail polish picks for this season.

Hi lovely ladies! Welcome to part one of a trilogy of USA Hauling. Are you ready? Are you able to handle it all? Yes? Good. Today, we're starting with nail polish and stuff from Bath & Body Works. Next haul will be makeup (my back is soar from leaning over and taking pictures. I warn you, it will be a lot). Last but not least, part 3 will be fashion and jewelry. I did not but any clothing items but I did buy one pair of shoes, a few bags and lots of jewelry. Most of the jewelry were on sale. Stay tuned for all of that!
After watching over a hundred hauls on youtube, I was so happy to finally walk into a B&BW and look around. Their fall line just came in and they were having a few sales. I was very overwhelmed and a bit lost, there was so much to choose from!
The sales: 3 little candles for $10, 2 three wick candles for 22$, buy 2 items from the permanent range, get one for free/get three items, get two for free. They also had a sale on handsoaps, but I only got two.

Hey everyone! February has flown by and we all know what that means: it's time for the monthly favorites! I'm really excited about March because it's my birthday month. I'll turn 21 this month so you can imagine my excitement and happiness.

Hello everybody! Today I'm talking about my january favorites. It's the first month of 2014 and it has gone by so quickly... It was not a very exciting month, I had exams at school, like most of you guys had as well. So my makeup had to be quick and easy this month! I have a few favorites to show you, and a lot of them are new ones. So let's get started!
Favorite shower products?
I've been loving my Cranberry Joy Body Polish from the body shop. Their body polishes are amazing! They exfoliate the skin in a gentle way, but makes it very soft! Put your favorite body lotion on top on you'll have soft, irresistible skin.
I've also been loving the Yves Rocher Cocoa-Orange shower gel, which smells like Jaffa/Pim's Cakes. When I smelled this, I immediately went back to the store to buy another bottle.
Nivea Straight&Gloss shampoo is an all-time favorite of mine. Even when I don't include it in a favorites post, you can just be sure that is was a favorite because it's the only shampoo I use. I always go back to this one when I try out something else. It makes my hair soft and not frizzy.

Hello lovely ladies! Time for another tag! Today, I'm doing 'The Lipstick Tag'.Like Gwyneth Paltrow once said: 'Beauty, to me, is about being comfortable in your own skin. That, or a kick-ass red lipstick.' One of the first things you think about when the word 'makeup' comes up, is lipstick. I love lipstick so much, so when I saw this tag, quite a while ago, on Sanja's blog, I knew I had to do it some day.
How many lipsticks do you own?
I counted them all as best as I can and I think I have about 35 to 40 lipsticks (lip glosses not included). When I counted them, I was surprised because I thought I had a whole lot more! I'm not sure about the correct number because it is possible that a few lipsticks are hiding in a handbag or somewhere else in my room.

What was your first ever lipstick?
The first lipstick I ever bought was a very light pink and frosty lipstick by Hema. It's didn't look good on me at all and I haven't worn it a lot, to be honest :p

Hey again, everyone! For my second blogpost of today, I wanted to talk about the Revlon Kissable Balm Stain in 'Honey'. I picked this up in Paris and I was very, VERY excited to try it out. I've heard so many things about them... not all of them were postive so I was curious to see how this works for me.

Hello girls! Today I wanted to show you guys the Revlon Smokey Shadow Stick in 'Torch'. Ever since Amarixe did a blogpost on this, I was curious to try them out. When I was in Paris, I saw these in the Monoprix and I didn't hesitate, I snatched it off the shelf!

Hey everyone. Another NOTD for you, this is the Revlon Colorstay nail polish in 'Vintage Pink'. I bought this in the Monoprix in Paris last week. They didn't have much colors and this was one of the prettiest, so I decided to try it out. And I'm glad I did!

Hi everyone, I'm back today with a new review on the Revlon Lip Butters. I did one months ago, but I didn't like the photos and lighting on that review. After that review, I bought two other colors so I decided to redo the whole review.
From left to right: Crème Brulée, Pink Truffle, Macaroon, Berry Smoothie, Candy Apple
I love the packaging on these. They have that typical Revlon quilted design and show the color of the lip butter. Easy to find the right color!
Crème Brulée
Pink Truffle (my favorite!)
Macaroon
Berry Smoothie (looks a lot like Macaroon, but more pink)
Candy Apple
I love the formulation and pigmentation of these! They are soft, creamy and have amazing color pay-off! My favorites are Pink Truffle and Candy Apple. Pink Truffle is the perfect every neutral lipstick for me, it's just a hint darker than my lips.
These are available at INNO and some Planet Parfum stores :)
What do you think of the Revlon Lip Butters?
What colors do you own?

Hey everyone! Today I'm here with a review on the Revlon Colorstay 16 Hour Quad in '505 Decadent'. I got this for Christmas and I think there are some amazing colours in this little palette. It took a while before it was available in Belgium (as always) but I'm glad it's finally available here. This quad is a very neutral everyday colorsheme, but the colors are unlike any quad I own.
In this quad, you get two pink colors (one more light and creamy colored than the other, for your brow bone and inner corner of the eye), a beautiful gold shade and a reddish brown color. You can use the pinks or gold all over the lid for a quick neutral eye, but you can also go a little bit more dramatic with the brown in the crease.
The colors are quite pigmented and they slide on very creamy on the skin. I've worn the darkest pink already a few times on my eyes and it looks amazing.
This palette is available at INNO and some Planet Parfum stores.

Hey everyone, today I'm showing you one of my favorite eyeshadow quads: the Revlon Colorstay 12 hour eyeshadow quad in 'Nude Elements'. I like this quad because the colours in it are a little different than the other nude quads that are out there on the market.
You get 4 nude colours in this quad. A white with a satin finish, a beautiful champagne-peach colour, a purple-brown and a gunmetal grey. I really like this quad because it's great for everyday use.
The eyeshadows are all really smooth and they apply gorgeous on the eyelids. My favorite colour is the peach-champagne one because it's great for when you are in a hurry in the morning but you would like to have something on your eyes.
You can find this Revlon quad at INNO and some Planet Parfum stores for €11,95.

Hey everyone, today I'm showing you the first Revlon nail polish I've ever bought: Vixen. This is a beautiful dark burgundy cream polish, perfect for fall and winter.
Swatch: Vixen
This polish went on really smooth and was opaque in two coats (+ one base coat). The only downside is the brush, it's thin and that makes it harder to get the polish on smoothly. I like bigger brushes, like the O.P.I or Essie ones.
However, this is a color I will wear a lot this fall and winter, I love it! I dried really quick too, which is always a good thing ;)
Revlon is available at INNO and Planet Parfum for €8,95
