Kiko + H&M Beauty Sale Haul
Monday, July 17, 2017
Hey everybody. Yes, it has been a very long time again. I've been just so extremely busy the last couple of weeks. So I'll make it up to you with a long haul post. Kiko was having their summer sale this month and I placed on order online. Everything arrived nice and safe, so I can finally show it all. I also picked up some things from H&M Beauty. Sit back, grab a snack and read! Little disclaimer: I'm not showing swatches in this blog because I will do separate reviews on the products.

Hallo lovely ladies, today I want to talk about the Bourjous Rouge Edition Velvet liquid lipsticks. These are probably one of my favorite lip products out there. I own three of the current collection and I like them all very much.

H&M beauty has some of the best lipsticks out there. During the last couple of months, they have become some of my favorite. They have so many colors to choose from, there is something out there for every skin colors. From light peach nude colors to bright reds, purples and dark browns. In this post, I'm going to show you all the colors I own and their swatches.

When Kiko is having a sale, you need to go for it quickly because their stuff can sell out fast. I woke up at 8am to check the website the first day of the sales and a few hours later, a lot of their holiday collection items were already sold out. I'm so happy I was able to get my hands on these products. In this post, I'm showing you everything I got, show the swatches and share my first impressions. It'll be quite a long post so grab a snack, sit back and relax!

Hello, hello, helloooooo! Girls, I'm back today with such an exciting post. I think most of you have heard about a lil brand named 'Colourpop'? Yes, COLOURPOP. It's becoming more and more popular the last year because of their pigmented yet affordable products. I always wanted to try some things out. I finally got the chance to order some products, like a set of their Lippie Stix. I've heard these were pigmented, creamy and AH-mazing. Pretty high expectations, I know. So how did they perform?

Hey ladies! I recently got back from a trip to Italy with my boyfriend. We did a tour through Tuscany and visited Lucca, Firenze, Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. Italy is the land of Kiko, you can find them in every city! Also, you can find Sephora in most of the cities! I picked up a few things from Kiko, Sephora and a local supermarket.

In this post, I'll be showing swatches of everything.
I got the following products:

Can you believe it's already April? March was a very busy month but I managed to get some shop therapy every now and then. I got some things on sale at Kruidvat, received a Deauty box and splurged at Di (local drugstore). Some nail polish, cheek products, eyeshadow and lip stuff... I'm ready for Spring, bring it on!
I'm also very proud that after 4 years of blogging, I finally went Facebook official! You have follow me here. I'll be posting photos, links, new blogposts and so much more over there. Join me!

Hello, darlings! Today I'm back with a review on two lipsticks I picked up when I was in Paris in June. These are the Urban Decay Revolution Lipsticks. There was a lot of commotion around these when they just came out, because UD had improved the formula and packaging and they are supposed to be quite amazing.
I picked up two colors:
I picked up two colors:
- Naked: A nice pink nude. This is a perfect nude to me because it's one or two shades lighter than my lips. So it's not too pale and therefore it does not make me look sick.
- Rapture: This is a berry rose color. It looks quite dark and vampy on me when I layer too much on, so I think it's best for me to use this color lightly and with caution. It's a perfect fall color though.

Hello lovely ladies! Time for another tag! Today, I'm doing 'The Lipstick Tag'.Like Gwyneth Paltrow once said: 'Beauty, to me, is about being comfortable in your own skin. That, or a kick-ass red lipstick.' One of the first things you think about when the word 'makeup' comes up, is lipstick. I love lipstick so much, so when I saw this tag, quite a while ago, on Sanja's blog, I knew I had to do it some day.
How many lipsticks do you own?
I counted them all as best as I can and I think I have about 35 to 40 lipsticks (lip glosses not included). When I counted them, I was surprised because I thought I had a whole lot more! I'm not sure about the correct number because it is possible that a few lipsticks are hiding in a handbag or somewhere else in my room.

What was your first ever lipstick?
The first lipstick I ever bought was a very light pink and frosty lipstick by Hema. It's didn't look good on me at all and I haven't worn it a lot, to be honest :p

Hello Sweeties! Today I wanted to show you guys the new Moisure Renew Lipstick by Rimmel. I got this in the color 'Vintage Pink'. I've heard that Rimmel has given these lipsticks a complete makeover: new packaging, new formula and new, beautiful colors.

Like I said in my London Haul, the Barry M Lip Paint in 'Touch of Magic' is something very special. It's a bright 'Kermit the frog'-green color. Can you imagine walking around with lips like that? But don't worry, this is not the color that will appear on your lips.

Hello, my lovely girls! I'm back, alive and kicking! After my exams, I went to London with my parents and I picked some products from Boots and Superdrug. I also have one item from Selfridge's.

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to write this blogpost! Most of you probably have seen the 'Colors of the Rainbow Tag' that has been going on on youtube. A lot of gurus have done it and I think it's such a cute and fun tag. So I decided to do it as well. I had to look around a bit, but I have found products that match the rainbow! :D
When you read this, it means that YOU are now tagged by me to do this tag as well :D

- Yellow: For yellow, I've chosen the Benefit 'Dear John' daily moisturizer. The product itself is not yellow (Yellow cream, that would be a bit weird...) but the packaging is. This is a great moisturizer, I (try to) use this every day. Now the bad news... Benefit had completely changed their skincare line, so they have discontinued this facial cream. But I think they have a similar one in their line.
- Orange: Vineyard peach scrub from The Body Shop. If you love peaches, you will faint when you smell this! It smells like fresh peach yoghurt. Heaven! This is a very creamy scrub and I love it. Love love love it.
- Red: The perfect lipstick to buy when you are new at red lips. It's a coral red and because it's a lustre, it will be a bit sheer. Absolutely gorgeous. I think this was discontinued, but you might be able to find it at stores who still have a few in stock or at Ebay.
- Pink: 'Bella Bamba' blush by Benefit. This hot pink blush is perfect for summer! It's bright, bold and very pigmented! I have to use a little bit, or else I look a bit like a clown :p But it is a gorgeous shade!
- Green: I discoverd this brand of face masks and scrubs at Kruidvat (Belgian and Dutch drugstore). This is the Freemann Advocado and Oatmeal face mask. It works like a normal face mask: you put it on your skin, wait 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it off. It leaves the skin feeling soft and hydrated.
- Bleu: The Bourjois Gentle Eye makeup remover. I can't say a lot about this. My favorite makeup remover ever, I keep repurchasing it. It's soft, gentle, takes of everything and doesn't leave a greasy feeling on the skin.
- Indigo: The Rimmel '1 2 3 Looks' mascara by Rimmel. This is a mascara that can create three looks, when you twist the bottle to the desired stand. 1 is the least volume, 3 the most. I like 2 the most. 3 is a bit more dramatic and for me, perfect for a night out.
- Purple: My favorite eyeliner-duo ever. What will I do when I run out of this? :( I've chosen this Eyeko eyeliner because of the 'Electric Purple' end of it. Crazy color, but you can create some pretty looks with this.
- Multi-colored: I found this t-shirt at a store in Ghent, they're were having a sale. It's so colorful and I like it so much! This has actually inspired me to do this tag :D
When you read this, it means that YOU are now tagged by me to do this tag as well :D

Hey everyone, today I wanted to do a blogpost about some products that I really like. The only downside on these products is: They are discontinued or the brands are no longer available in Belgium. I'm doing this blog post because I really like these products, but I feel like I can't do a separate review on them, because they aren't available anymore.
'I hate cosmetics companies. They get you addicted to the perfect lipstick or nail polish and then, six months later, they discontinue it. You have to buy your favorite colors like you're storing up for the Apocalypse.'
- P.S. I Love You
This quote pretty much explains it all.
You will notice that a lot of these products are from Eyeko. Eyeko is an awesome that makes on of the best liquid liners out there. But their nail polishes and pencil liners are great as well. BUT... about two of three years ago they completely discontinued their whole makeup line and now, they only make liquid liners and mascaras. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I was. I have found a website of a Belgian beauty store, Beauty Queen, where they still sell some of the Eyeko products. Maybe I should stock up?
1. Essence Multi Colour Blushes in 'How Cute Is That?' and 'Fashionista'.
These are not the most pigmented blushes I own, but they are gorgeous. I like the 'How Cute Is That?' one for a daytime neutral cheek, 'Fashionista' is also a nice neutral pink, but also perfect for going out.
2. Eyeko Cherry Fat Balm
You can use this as a blush or a lipstick. It's a gorgeous berry color and it smells like sweet cherries.
3. Urban Decay Deluxe Eyeshadow in 'Ruthless'
One of my favorite eyeshadows ever! Soft, pigmented and creamy. Everything we look for in a good eyeshadow. Urban Decay doesn't sell this type of eyeshadow anymore, too bad :(
4. Eyeko Graffity Eyeliner in Black
Pigmented. Black. Lasts all day. Great. The best liner ever. I've noticed this is drying up a little bit. Why, Eyeko? Just why?
5. Eyeko Line & Shine Duo Colour Pencil in 'Electric Purple/Plum' and 'Electric Blue/Teal'
The Plum side is my very very very very favorite everyday eyeliner. The other colors are so fun and bright for when you want to do a look with a pop of color.
6. Wet 'n Wild
They used to sell Wet 'n Wild in Di, but not anymore. The last couple of years, I've been hearing so much about this brand and I want to try out so much stuff. I have 2 palettes: This one on the photo and a neutral one. They are very old and I don't know their names. I love the texture of the shadows and I'd like to try out more.
7. Eyeko Nail Polishes in 'Tea Rose Polish' and 'Chichi Polish'
Eyeko had great polishes. They are pretty much opaque in one coat, why would they discontinue fantastic polishes like that?
So tell me, what product(s) do you LOVE, but aren't available anymore?
xx

Hi everyone, I'm back today with a new review on the Revlon Lip Butters. I did one months ago, but I didn't like the photos and lighting on that review. After that review, I bought two other colors so I decided to redo the whole review.
From left to right: Crème Brulée, Pink Truffle, Macaroon, Berry Smoothie, Candy Apple
I love the packaging on these. They have that typical Revlon quilted design and show the color of the lip butter. Easy to find the right color!
Crème Brulée
Pink Truffle (my favorite!)
Macaroon
Berry Smoothie (looks a lot like Macaroon, but more pink)
Candy Apple
I love the formulation and pigmentation of these! They are soft, creamy and have amazing color pay-off! My favorites are Pink Truffle and Candy Apple. Pink Truffle is the perfect every neutral lipstick for me, it's just a hint darker than my lips.
These are available at INNO and some Planet Parfum stores :)
What do you think of the Revlon Lip Butters?
What colors do you own?

Hi everyone!
Today, I went shopping with my friends in Brussels and when we entered Springfield, I noticed that they now carry a cosmetic line, called 'Springfield Cosmetics'. They sell blushes, eye shadows, nail polishes, lipsticks and so much more! Reason for me to pick up some products and tell you guys what I think about them!
I picked up a lipstick, a lipgloss, an eyeshadow and a kohl eyeliner. Overall, I think the light pink packaging is really cute and girly. Now, on to the products and swatches! I'll start of with the lip products, the first thing I bought is the lipstick 'Rosa', an everyday pink color.
Swatch: Rosa
This lipstick is quite pigmented and looks like a perfect every day lip color. It kinda looks like a 'my lips but better' color to me and I can't wait to wear this!
I picked up one lipgloss in the color 'Madera'.
Swatch: Madera
This lipgloss is very pigmented and just glided very smoothly on my hand. It feels very soft, not really sticky! You can wear this color alone, or pair it with the lipstick 'Rosa', they're really similar.
Now, the eye products! I bought one eyeshadow in 'Brown'. This is a gorgeous taupy brown color, perfect for all over the lid.
Swatch: Brown
I like the color and consistency of this eyeshadow. It felt really soft and went on smoothly. I had to build up the swatch a little bit, but overall the eyeshadow is nicely pigmented.
And finally, we have the kohl pencil in 'Black'.
Swatch: Black
The kohl pencil also went on really smoothly and creamy. It looks like a great pencil to line your upper lashline with. You could use this on you waterline, because it is so creamy.
I'm so happy with these products! They're all nicely pigmented AND they are not really that expensive at all! Eveything costed €4,99, but they had a little sale going on where 3 products costed €9,99! Springfield did a great job creating this line and I can't wait to try out some more of their stuff.
Do you like to shop at Springfield? Have you already tried their makeup products?

To show you guys how big the eyeshadows are, I compared it with a MAC eyeshadow (in the color 'Wedge'). As you can see, the springfield eyeshadows are huge!
