The best season of the year has arrived and that means: Fall fashion! My friend Ynee suggested we would go into the city and take some photo's for an OOTD. My first reaction: Yes please! My favorite thing about Autumn are the leaves and the changing colors.

USA Haul part 3: Jewelry and Bags

Time for the last part of the USA haul trilogy. On this trip, I didn't buy any clothing, except for 2 simple basic t-shirts at Forever 21: a beige one and a dusty pink one. They're not that special so I won't show it here. This post will be mostly about jewelry and a few bags.

The first things I'm showing you are bracelets. I got one Marc by Marc Jacobs bracelet, at Lord & Taylor. I loved how simple it looked, with the gray leather band and the little gold plate. That same day, I went into Henri Bendel, which was a 'must do' on my list of things I needed to visit. They told me everything on the upper floor was on sale. I got a Henri Bendel rose gold bracelet with purple beads, rhine stones and silver accents. I also found two Alex and Ani bracelets. They are very simple, but they look amazing paired with other bracelets. I got a silver one and a gold one. These three bracelets were all -60% off, so they were a great deal!

Lush Haul: Halloween & Christmas Collection

Hey everybody, the Lush Halloween and Christmas collections have landed in stores and I couldn't resist it, I had to buy some things! My friend Ynee got some things as well, which will be shown on her blog. She got some different things than me so if you're interested to see them, be sure to check that out as well.

I was happy to see some old favorites back, like the Melting Snowman, Cinders and the Golden Wonder, but I was more interested in trying out some of the new things they created this year! I'll pick up the classics another time, when I'm feeling spendy again.

ChitChat: Small Life Update

Hi, my dear readers! I know I've been away for awhile but I'm back! Ready to blog more regularly, I've been missing this so much!

I have been 'away' from Blogger for about two weeks because I had an intership at the end of september/beginning of October. I was an intern at a retirement home, as an occupational therapist and I LOVED it. But with having to wake up at 6pm each day and having to make a lot of  assignments for school, I couldn't blog a lot. But now I'm at school again and I can blog more often. Yay, good to be back!

Also, I found out I'm going to be an aunt again in February... and April! My two sisters in law are expecting a baby, yay!
