Tony Moly Seaweed Skin Purifying Sheet Mask Review

Thursday, March 16, 2017

Hey everybody! How are you all doing? Today, I'm writing a short blogpost about a sheet mask I got while I was in Lille a few weeks ago. I went to Sephora and they had the cutest Tony Moly products. Sheet masks are EVERYWHERE lately so I decided to pick one up and treat myself with a little "spa at home" moment.

Tony Moly is a South-Korean Beauty and Skincare brand that is famous for their supercute and creative packaging. I also got a hand creme cream from the brand which I'll review soon. This sheet masks only contains natural ingredients and is free of parabens, talc and all weird things I can't pronounce but shouldn't be on your face!

I read somewhere that sheet masks are even better when they are cooler so I let it sit in the fridge overnight. I put on the mask after breakfast and before I took a shower. You open up the packaging and carefully unfold the sheet mask. Put it on your face and leave 20-30 minutes (just enough time to watch an episode of Sex and The City).

After half an hour, gently take it off and massage the rest of the face mask in your skin. Then rinse it all of (over the sink or by taking a shower) and put on your daily serum and moisturizer.

Overall, this mask was a pleasant and cooling experience but I didn't see any dramatic results on my face. It's good for the skin and gives it some nutrients but overal, my skin was still a bit dry. I always have dry skin lately so I don't blame this mask, but don't expect it to do wonders. It was very nice, had a good smell and felt good on the skin. So it was worth the money and I would buy it again.

  1. I've been wanting to try out sth from Tony Moly for so long now, but I always forget to actually purchase sth :D It's a shame it didn't do much for you.

    1. As a mask it was nice and cooling and fun but indeed, not much results were noticeable on my skin! Still a fun brand xx

Hey everybody! I love reading your comments so feel free to leave a reaction! ;) <3
