Hema Happiness Planner: Review and Example

Friday, March 24, 2017

Hema had brought out a 'Happiness Diary' a little while ago and it is one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time. It's important to look at your day and find positive moments in it. Even though your day sucked, you can always find a moment or two that made you happy. This diary helps with that.

The diary has a light pink cover with golden arrows and lettering. It's looks really chic and girly. There is a minor typing mistake on the cover. It says 'Happyness' in stead of happiness. Hema is a Dutch company, so we can't be mad at them for spelling mistakes.

At the beginning of the planner, there are multiple pages where you can plan your months out. I started on monday, so I almost had two weeks left of March. There were enough pages to plan until the middle of october. You can't plan out a whole year, but about a half year or seven months.

On the left page, you can make a list of things of things that make you happy.

After the month planner part, your pages look like this every day. So you can write down each down what was good about your day and what made you happy. You can also plan our the next day a bit further and write down goals or ideas.

So I'm going to try and use this everyday, because it seems like so much fun. It's also great for your self esteem.

What do you think of this diary? Would you use something like this?

Xx,
Astrid
