My 20 Week Sport Plan: Calendar, Sports,...

Hey everyone! How are you girls and guys doing today? For this monday, I have a completely different post for you. It's time to talk a bit about diet, sport and self esteem. On July 31st, I'm going on vacation tooooo... Ibiza! I'm so excited for this holiday, I'm going with my boyfriend and four friends. We're going to stay in a rented house close to San Antonio. The only thing is... I need to get my body bikini ready.

Starting today, I have 20 weeks left to get in shape. Now, I'm not only doing this for vacation. But also to get a better feeling about myself and my body. I'm nog going to bore you with details but I have a BMI of 28. Which is too much, it's something I can't deny. I want to lose weight and I want to work on it. Don't worry, I don't want to be as skinny as a twig, I would still like to have some curves. I just want to reach a healthy BMI of 24-25. To reach that goal, I must lose 10 kilograms. I've chosen Ibiza as my end goal and I want to lose as much of those 10 kg's by then. 

SO to put words into action, I made a huge calendar of the 20 weeks I have left. I'm going to do 2 group lessons a week (like zumba on mondays and BBB of Fatburning on wednesdays) and 2 'individual' sport things a week like running, swimming or Blogilates on Youtube. 
Yes, you heard that correctly. I'm starting with running tomorrow! I never liked running because I was never good at it but I really want to start at my own ease and built up my condition. 

I'm going to check in every now and than and let you guys know how it's going and do a post in a few months with the 'end results' :)
